Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Fair Book Deals. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@fairbookdeals.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item), and supporting photos, if applicable.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part) and detailed instructions for returning the item.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all original packaging and tags.
- Books that are correctly delivered or do not meet your expectations due to their used condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-returnable Items:
- Used books that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Digital products (if applicable) or downloadable content.
